Fish With Quick Dill Sauce

Make a delicious dill sauce to go with a fish dish.


  • 1 lb. fish fillets (such as cod, halibut, catfish or salmon), cut into 3-4 pieces
  • 1/2 cup regular or reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp HerbThyme chopped baby dill
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
  2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish
  3. Season fish with salt and black pepper
  4. Place fish in the greased baking dish
  5. Combine remaining ingredients
  6. Spread mixture evenly over each piece of fish
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, approximately 20-25 minutes
  8. Remove from the oven, let stand for 5 minutes before serving
