I purchased a little plant from the store and the label says that is a rainbow cactus but I'm not so sure it is, and I want to be positive of what it is so I can properly take care of it. I've attached pictures. Thank you very much for your help!

Hello Kaylee,

Looks like you have a Portulacaria afra variegata (Variegated Elephant bush). It's a hardy plant native to
South Africa that can be made into a bonsai. Plant in full sun to light shade and irrigate sparingly. It can with stand cold weather to 25° F and does best in USDA zones 10-11. You can find your zone here: http://planthardiness.ars.usda.gov/PHZMWeb/#.
