I have just purchased three of the beautiful campanulas . I plan to use them in a window box that gets a lot of sun. Is the concern here that they are not partial to full sun, or is it more of a question about hydration? The full sun to part shade classification of flowers always leaves me wondering. :) :)

I am a diligent every day waterer, so will these thrive in this environment? They are so beautiful, I would hate to see them wilt and die.

Thanks very much!

Most varieties will do well in full sun or light shade, the latter vital in the South for all but C. persicifolia and C. pyramidalis. Campanulas prefer evenly moist soils with good drainage and are at their best in climates with cool nights.
