Hi, Received a beautiful victory rose (White) for my birthday. Emailing you from the Northeast (NH). The plant tag said Perennial, should I plant it outside now (zone 5A) or keep it inside and plant next Spring?

Your rose will be able to survive outside year round until zone 5, anything cooler and they need to be taken inside in the winter months. Since you live in zone 5, your rose should be able to do just fine outside! You can plant it now if you like and put some mulch at the base of the stem to keep it warmer once the climate gets very cold. Be aware that your rose will go dormant during the winter, but should start making new leaves in spring time. Thanks for choosing Rocket Farms and enjoy your Victory Rose!
